I’m 32. I’m not good at committing to anything. I’m about 50 pounds overweight, and I can’t run more than 500 feet without dying.
This year, in 2012, I’d like to commit myself to eating better, exercising, and simply getting in much, much better shape.
In the financial/work world, I’d like to build up a little savings, get insurance for my wife and I, and break free of any part of what I do that I’m not comfortable with. I’ve already fixed some things that were causing me to feel like I wasn’t doing what I should be doing, and I’m going to continue that as 2012 rolls along. I’m going to make sure that those around me are aware of how much I appreciate them.
Let me just tell you, it’s tough to quit pop and eating poorly when your friends left 3 2-liters and a bunch of other bad-for-you stuff in the fridge when they left your New Year’s Party!
